During a session,
I am often shown if you have difficulties in particular areas of your body.
I am able to help resolve these issues in many ways, but some involve
working on the body. I tend to use a combination of the different
techniques during a healing session, in the way that I sense would best
help the person at that particular moment. The Bodywork techniques I use are described below.

All the methods I
use are GENTLE, LOVING and EFFECTIVE methods of healing. I open myself to the
natural energy of the universe, and let this energy flow through me to you
acting as a channel. My spirit helpers assist me when necessary. I let my INTUITION
guide me to where and how you need help.

These techniques help for a whole range of different problems. I
have set out some example below.

Example: Disconnection
from your Body
I have found that
It is very common for individuals senses to become somewhat
detached from their body, to a greater or lesser extent.
This is almost as if they are already existing part way out
of their body, ready to jump out totally the moment
something emotionally painful or difficult happens. It is a
way of avoiding having to feel! In more severe cases this
means that the person can become totally numb from feeling
what happens in their body / life. For some with
difficulties in relationships and disappointments, this can
sometimes be focussed around the heart area (centre of the
chest). For others, with self esteem issues, this can mean
that the disconnection occurs in the lower part of the
torso, perhaps at the bottom of the spine (front or back).
The methods of body work mentioned on this page are wonderful when used in
combination to help the individual reconnect to themselves
again. |
I have clients who
visit me simply to obtain a session of healing in some form, as they
want to relax and feel helped and uplifted.... sometimes this can be
wonderful when the mind has simply had enough of words of explanation!
Spiritual Healing
This is a method of passing on
healing energy. It may or may not involve physical contact with the body.
You can be sitting or laying down for this treatment. It is gentle and
loving. People often feel the effects in different ways, but it is
usually very relaxing and can feel, for example, very warm.

Many of us do not realise
the stress that we place on our bodies, as we have forgotten
to listen to ourselves and our bodies ...... we are very
focussed on what
we have to get done .... usually a long list each day......
and we pay no attention to
how this will leave us feeling. In today's pressured
environment, we can pile on
more and more, and eventually the body says No! When we
suffer from "stress", even carrying out simple tasks can
become a problem for us. We may have trouble sleeping,
perhaps feel very down or depressed, or even when we are
sleeping we may not feel refreshed when we wake, as our body
feels tense or electrified all the time.... so it can seem
as if there is no peace. The healing techniques listed on
this page are a wonderful way to help your body recover from
these symptoms or simply to help you relax before the
symptoms become critical. |
Psychic Massage
This
is a type of massage. Following intuition and psychic information is a wonderful
way of helping a person. This method does just that. By following
the information that comes in an intuitive and psychic
way, I am lead to touch and massage the sensitive areas, and those
that need attention in some way. The psychic massage is therefore one of
focusing attention on specific areas, perhaps massaging, perhaps
pressing, perhaps touching lightly, or even a single touch. As a result,
the body usually "opens" in a way like unlocking a door, or peeling an
onion, so that more is then revealed and the feelings in the body change - a journey of discovery
on and around the whole body.
Healing Massage

This is a gentle and relaxing process of moving the hands on the
body sometimes in a soft caress and sometimes more firmly, whilst focusing
energy into the body to help with any difficulties, physical mental, or
emotional. This process is also very helpful for problems that are hard
to put into words. For example feeling abandoned. People usually find
this very relaxing and often feel uplifted as if a burden on their
shoulders has been removed.
Body Memory Release (BMR)
This is best
carried out directly on the body. It is a process of holding
the body gently in one place and encouraging (by focusing energy) for
that part of the body to reveal and release the memories that are stored
in that place. It is a very intuitive process which results in the body
being freed of memories and blocks of energy . The process is combined
with different breathing techniques, and repeated
gradually, over the entire body as appropriate. The complete process can sometimes be achieved in one
session, but it is important that proper time is given to the process of
release, and so is very individual, so it can be necessary to do this in
several stages.
This is a very
helpful process for dealing with deep issues, where a person feels stuck
in patterns of behaviour that they would like to change. It is excellent
for helping people let go. It is also wonderful in gently helping people
transform themselves by releasing the past.
The process of
holding the body and encouraging release through energy focus, is a very
loving and gentle process but very effective at helping with many kinds
of problems. In my experience, often when we want to make changes in our
lives, the mind is willing, but we have not taken account of the fact
that the body may not be ready to react differently....... due to the
fact that the body is holding memories, some happy some painful.
The body therefore tries to stay in the behaviour it has been programmed
to do through our past experiences. This method of treatment enables the
body to let go, so that a complete change can be accomplished without it
being necessary to fall into the "soup" of emotion and past traumas.
Through this
method of Body Release I have experienced some who remember a lot of
details they had actually forgotten whilst others simply find the
process incredibly relaxing and wonderful.
Why not try this
and see how it feels to let go - there are often so many things we are
simply unaware of, that we are holding on to! Only when you experience
the release, do you recognise what you have been carrying around with
you!
